Commanding responsiveness of employees only works temporarily and leads to subversive behavior.

Hitting the mark with a tool that allows learning through resolution mitigates mayhem and applies the wisdom of translational leadership. Anyone who has involvement in the end product of any process is a stakeholder.

Facilitating the empowerment of stakeholders is the number one task. Developing a peer-based community within the workplace that reduces downtime through effective communication and education of conflict resolution, applied to individual and group environments, is understood to be a primary goal. It is an element of change.

Peer mediation processes have been proven to be effective when stakeholders are trained in the art. There are several reasons that peer mediation implementation would benefit an organization, stakeholders and clients. The objective is to create a collaborative environment that adapts easily. Happy people get more done with less supervision, often to the surprise of management.
